Morning Routine (Pratar Kal)
- Wake Up Early: Ideally during Brahma Muhurta (about 1.5 hours before sunrise).
- Cleanse: Wash your face, eyes, and mouth. Brush your teeth and use a tongue scraper.
- Drink Water: Sip warm water to stimulate bowel movements.
- Abhyanga (Self-Massage): Massage your body with warm sesame oil.
- Exercise: Practice Yoga or light stretching.
- Bathe: Use warm water to cleanse the body.
Mid-Day Routine (Madhyahna)
- Lunch: This should be your largest meal, taken when the sun is highest (Pitta time).
- Rest: Take a short walk after eating, but avoid sleeping during the day.
Evening Routine (Sandhya Kal)
- Dinner: Eat a light, warm meal at least 2-3 hours before bed.
- Unwind: Practice meditation or calming breathing exercises (Pranayama).
- Sleep: Aim to be in bed by 10:00 PM to align with the body’s natural detoxification cycle.
